Nationwide Pool has proudly served the Las Vegas community since 1981. Our technicians work independently in the field and represent our company directly with customers, so professionalism, reliability, and accountability matter.
We’re always interested in hearing from experienced pool professionals who are comfortable managing their work independently while following company standards.
Positions We’re Typically Hiring For
Pool Service Technicians
Responsible for weekly pool care, water quality, and routine equipment checks.
Pool Repair Technicians
Responsible for diagnosing and repairing pool equipment and systems, and communicating clearly with customers about needed repairs.
What We Look For
Our technicians are expected to be:
Experienced working independently in the field
Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
Professional and respectful with customers and company leadership
Able to follow established processes and document work accurately
Technicians are expected to follow company standards, communicate with management as needed, and be accountable for their work.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required. Prior pool service experience is expected. CPO certification is strongly preferred.
